圣诞节快乐Merry Christmas~

I believed that most of you been to Melacca, for me, Melacca is just like Georgetown, full of historical building and nice places. And nice to take photosss~I really glad to travel with Miss Joe. You can count on her because she will find the food, which is nicer and where to go! Hehe~ she did lots of research. Shame to me...So sad that we don't really visit whole of the Melacca but we managed to eat what we want to eat. The queue-for-hours Capitol Satay, the famous ice kacang, the Coconut house's pizza, chicken rice balls, Nadeje's layer cakes.... BUT one thing you gonna need when you visit Melacca and want to taste all this staff, you have to be patience! All the well known food's stall or shop will always full of crowd, and you maybe will queue for hours! And for the place we stayed, it's the Voyage Guesthouse, which is also found by her before we went to Melacca. It's the place which build for backpacker to stay because the price is cheap! It's just rm40 a room provided with a queen size bed. The guesthouse is very simple but the facilities are complete. We need to share the toilet and bathroom with those backpackers but one good thing is you can make friends with the backpackers. 'Good Morning!' A warm greet in the morning when you walk to the bathroom. isn't it nice? For who not really fastidious for the place, you are recommended to try, its cheap and it located in the jonker street. I really wish to go there again. Too rush for us because we lost in the jonker street while finding the guesthouse...wtf!

So much to play!!!

Hmm…I admitted that I played a lot since the college holiday started. I have been many places that never been before. Levain Boulangerie Patisserie for tea time, after following the direction gave by a extremely retarded GPS. We went for a big round from KL to Cheras and finally went back to KL. Wtf!
Nice environment. The foods are not bad too. We tried the macaroons and the comment is too sweet and expensive. Its rm3.30 for a tiny little piece. I wanted to taste macaroon for long time ago. Watched them on the TV and pictures. It looks very adorable. But I felt disappointed when the things went not exactly as what you imagined. Its taste just like baked sugar. The macaroon immediately melted on your tongue.  But I’m glad I had taste another food that never taste before, before I died.
After that, we went for a walk in the area around the café. We found a chocolate factory. Its sell lots kind of chocolate. It’s all made in Malaysia. I bought a Curry flavor chocolate. You know what its taste like? It’s like you are eating the chocolate with the roti canai’s curry! Acceptable la~ Got Malaysian’s feel.
Pavilion always full of nice decoration when there’s an event. I like the Christmas decoration! I always do. And light painting@Lot 10 rooftop.

is it adorable?

Pictures of Nico|Wendy with the star shape Bokeh.

Then we playing with light on the rooftop of Lot 10.
 There's my failed wings!

Due Date

Had a wonderful weekend with Steve and YeeAnn. A sudden hangout call made my homework day didn’t work. Originally, I planned to sit at home and do my homework and then YeeAnn asked whether want to hangout for movie, Sushi King and Starbuck. I can’t reject because it’s so tempting! Quite some time that I didn’t watch a movie. Just three of us. What an unusual combination.

We had our lunch+tea time at Sushi King. Salmon queen, our miss YeeAnn, she loves salmon so much. Beware of the sushi worms coming out through your brain... After that, we went for the movie,''Due Date''. At first I had no idea what is this movie about. And I heard that the cast is Robert Downey. Oh okay…I think this movie will be fine because all of his films are quite nice. Undeniable, the movie was really nice and hilarious. Two different worlds of men met together in a destined way and helping each other through loads of obstacle to get home to his pregnant wife in time for the birth of their first baby. Then we had our…I don’t know at Starbuck. I tried the hazelnut latte take away. I just can’t resist the packaging of the Christmas season cup. ;)

Me, YeeAnn and Steve

Sipping my hazelnut latte :p

Three of us,blur blur one with the magical christmas deco...

2010 End Soon

This Friday gonna be the Business Practice examination, so many to read and remember! And next Thursday will be the critic before December holiday. FML><' Shit! Hate critic session so much although it keeps pushing and forcing you to do IT...Will go to Melacca for two days one night with Miss Joe on Saturday, really hope that we will make it because I really looking forward to go to Melacca long time ago. I want to visit Melacca so badly! Did I considered been to Melacca if I just went to A Farmosa? All the images of me about Melacca are just the zoo! And that time was my primary school year 6 trip! We just visited the zoo and that it…never went to other places of Melacca...so Miss Joe, don’t you dare ffk me! After that, it’s time for me to go back to my hometown but unfortunately it just less than 3 weeks time. I need to get back to KL to continue my final project. Hopefully can celebrate Christmas at somewhere else...

Bokeh?!

What is Bokeh? In photography, bokeh is the blur, or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image, or "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light. The term comes from the Japanese word boke, which means "blur" or "haze", or boke-aji , the "blur quality". The Japanese term boke is also used in the sense of a mental haze or senility. Blah blah blah...to be frankly, these all are from wiki, so for more information, please go there for more exact info.

I saw some of the pictures which the lights effect with different kinds of shape and patterns, but i have no idea how they do that. The way of the blurriness into different shapes! But guess what, I learned it from the website which I saw the way on how to make your own bokeh effect and now I have my own love shape bokeh filter.

This is my first time did this so still need to practice more. The shapes we need to cut it at the center and the shape should be as small as possible for a better effect. The first cut was failed because the shape wasn't at the center so the effect didn't come out. So I did the second one and tried. The effects was nice. Not as nice as the pro one because you need to catch the lights like lamps, bulbs, candles, LEDs, those kinds of small light point. And you have to keep a certain distance to catch the images. Hmm...for better effect, use 50mm f1.8, f1.4...Nah... Just play with it!

So many patterns to play with but its not easy to cut...

These are what I've got, love shape light effect.
But if you want to try, you should cut the shape smoothly
so it won't looks so rough like mine...

White,Yellow,Red and Blue

I attended a performances called ‘Buatan Malaysia 2’ presented by Young Choral Academy at The Actor Studio @Lot 10. It performed by The MIA Ladies Chorus, The Young KL Singers and The YCA Youth Chamber Choir.  Some of my college music course’s friends join the performances so I went there to support.
Just like the name said, Buatan Malaysia, it’s all the music that consists of Malaysian song/poem, traditional music and composed by the famous Malaysia people like P.Ramlee. Traditional songs but they modified it and become a little contemporary and playful. I like it. To be frankly, Malaysian traditional music is really not that bad. We should support and reserve it. It’s our ancestor’s creation and we should proud of it. The performances are so not enough for me! I want more. Ha…It was really great!
Like last times, I’m touched by the music and the voices. Goosebumps were everywhere. It’s come when every time I’m listening to choirs or many people singing together. So nice to see them singing as one. Mia Ladies Chorus really awesome and they deserve the World Champion in the Female Chamber Category. Proud of them. So gonna miss them after graduation. They always laugh and crazy around. Miss the time we crazy around at Genting Highland.

The stage in the Actors Studio, not bad huh?

Colors of the Malaysia's flag!

There's the pretty girls, Miss Vanessa, YiLing and YuXin.

Again, just my lovely cousin Miss Joe and me. For me, it's all of the sudden. When I'm decided to sit still at my workplace to continue my works after long time convincing myself. But a message from her destroyed my plan. Joe: Poco Homemade? And me: SURE! Did I forget something? Na...play first!
Poco Homemade, if it is your first time go there, you really have to do some research how to get there, or an easy way, catch on a taxi. If you're lucky if the taxi driver know the place, if not, the taxi driver will drive you around inside the residential area for finding this cute little hidden cafe house, which will cost you a lot. Lucky us, count on a 'tak berapa lengkap punya‘ map, found it with the help of the taxi driver.

Miss Joe with her little traveling note and map. She good in planning where to go,
and she will always know places which is nice to play and take pictures.

Cozy and home feel interior.

The dessert we ordered. I ordered a tofu cheese cafe and a green tea soy.
Not bad, suitable for them who like not-too-sweet food.

We leaved our signature on the guest book.
And they got a lot of adorable handmade items for sale.
such as bags, passport holders, brooch, keychains, etc.

Fascinating decoration are all around the cafe house.

Pictures of both of us.

Sunday, November 7, 2010

A few days ago I posted that 'I will gonna go out alone' on my facebook wall. And Xian Long, my one of my national service buddy came out and said want to join. I didn't expect that. Why not? We have been not seeing each other for almost 2 years! We are the best buddies in the camp. He is now staying at Cyberjaya there taking Game Design in MMU. He’s still kind of blurring guy. Sorry for saying that but still you are a simple nice guy. For me, he didn’t have any attempt of something. That’s the feeling I felt when I start friend with him. He is a 100% otaku. That's the one I'm pretty sure. I felt pity of him because he had to travel from Cyberjaya to KL for hours. We went to Fahrenheit / Pavilion / Starhill / Sungai Wang / Timesquare. Crazy right?

Now I still don't understand why an opening of a shop can be like a concert? So crazy!
Queue for hours for trip to Japan? 50% discount? or just follow the crowd? But I think I'm going to visit the store someday, its the well known Japan fashion brand after all...

There's fashion week held in Pavilion. Catwalk!!!
First time for me to see a official fashion catwalk show,
and nice stage design.

Once again, we stopped by to have dessert after our lunch at Snowflake.
I like their dessert so much. I think every time I go to Pavilion sure will have a bowl of their bestseller.
So many people queuing in front of it, and hard to find a place to seat.
Hate that some of them already know that the seat are very less and not enough
but they didn't give a damn shit although you stand and waiting beside of their seat. WTF!

And next we went to Starhill for a walk because both of us never been there before.
A place full of luxurious shops and next interior. I love its massive art deco facade.

I saw some Christmas decoration inside
so I asked why decorate so early? and Long answered What early? Now November already.
I came to realized that yeah, its November already and
December is coming soon and 2010 will end soon!

Here comes the photo with both of us!

There's Star War Troopers at the entrance of Lot 10, taking pictures with people.

And we saw this cute yellow cab!

And I didn't believed I will saw this one!
A father walking his own little daughter like a puppy.
Cruel to say that but true.
Creative easy job for them but they didn't think
what other people will think about you parents?
I will not walking my children like this! Ha~
